Who it's for

People who protect other people for a living.

Security leaders

Security directors, consultants and officers who already know who to call when something feels wrong.

Safety leaders

Workplace, school and community safety people who want problems prevented, not just reported.

HR leaders

The people who see conflict, burnout and risk early, and who now answer for how AI is used at work.

Property managers

Managers of buildings, associations and campuses who keep residents and tenants safe every day.

Caregiving leaders

Home-care owners, caregivers and senior-service leaders who protect older adults and their families.

What members do

Three simple ways to take part.

1

Share what works

Prevention and practical AI safety in plain language: what you tried, what worked, what to avoid. We trade it at free office hours every Tuesday and Thursday, 1 PM CT, and in short sessions with members.

2

Neighborhood hubs

Members open a small room in an office, club, library or community room, so neighbors and teams can meet, learn and watch the AI Impact Forum together. Block by block.

3

The Senior Protection Podcast

Security professionals talking with seniors and caregivers about avoiding scams and exploitation. Members come on as guests or suggest the next conversation.

Where to go next

Pick the door that fits you.

AI Impact Forum

Community Connection

One page for each town around us. Local owners, homeowners and trusted pros meet in the same rooms every week.

Trusted Service Providers

Local pros introduced by a person, not a lead list. Glenview, Niles and the North Shore.

Invite others

Get your own Forum link, posters and a share kit, and bring your people into the right conversations. Free to join.

The magazine

Pure Expertz Monthly, the November Forum issue. Free, no sign-up.

Talk with us

Free office hours on Zoom, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 PM CT. Or book a 1:1 call with Andy.

Our petition

“Train Chicago to prevent violence before it happens.”

It asks for prevention training, a prevention-first standard and prevention capacity in every ward. Nonpartisan. Not more policing, and not surveillance: people trained to notice early and act early.

For organizations

Become a founding member organization.

Host one room for the AI Impact Forum (Nov 12–14, 1–4 PM CT), invite your members, and, if you like, nominate one voice for a panel. Your group keeps its own members, events and relationships. Nothing here competes with you.

How we work

  • Free and voluntary

No cost and no dues. A way of working, not a contract. Leave any time.

  • People decide, tools assist

AI can draft, sort and remind. A person makes the call and owns it.

  • Prevention first

Notice early and act early. The best incident is the one that never happens.

  • Privacy

Collect only what the job needs, and keep family and client information out of tools that don’t need it.

  • Honest claims

Facts only. If we don’t know, we say so and check.

  • Nonpartisan

No candidates and no endorsements. Neighbors, owners and leaders, block by block.

Join the Alliance

Book 20 minutes. Tell me where you protect people.

We'll talk about your team, your building or your neighborhood, and the one way you'd like to take part. Joining is free.
