A safer home, and the right pros to work on it.
One place for your house: a whole-house safety walkthrough, introductions to trusted local providers, and payments in milestones instead of all up front. For homeowners and renters, families caring for a parent at home, and caregivers. People decide; the tools do the legwork.
A Pure Expertz Local Network service under the Block by Block AI Safety and Security Alliance, a free, voluntary framework.
Whole-house safety walkthrough
From your point of view, room by room: equipment, trip hazards, what isn't safe, and changes for aging in place or a disability, like a safer bathroom. You leave with a short list of what matters most.
Education and planning. Not medical or occupational-therapy advice, and not a licensed home inspection.
Matched with trusted providers
Providers in our network sign the Provider Pledge and agree to transparent terms. A person on our team makes each introduction; you get a written quote and decide. You hire and pay the provider directly.
Provider checks are a verification step, not an endorsement.
Pay in milestones, never all up front
We recommend paying in draws tied to milestones, with the final payment after the work is complete and you've checked it. It's the practice we ask every provider to accept.
Our recommended practice; terms are between you and the provider.
How milestone payments work
You pay as the work gets done.
- 1A written quote, in stagesThe provider splits the job into stages you can see, for example materials on site, the main work done, and the final walkthrough, with the amount for each.
- 2Pay as each stage is doneYou pay each draw when that stage is finished and you've seen it. No one asks for the whole price on day one.
- 3The last payment comes lastThe final payment is made after the work is complete and you've checked it.
- 4Questions along the wayBring them to free office hours on Zoom, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 PM CT, or email support@pureexpertz.com.

Request your whole-house evaluation.
- 1Send one short requestYour name, email, the ZIP of the home and what's on your mind: stairs, a parent's bathroom, a list of repairs. Check “Home safety & modifications” and write “whole-house walkthrough” in the details. Sending it doesn't charge you.
- 2A person reads itSomeone on our team reads every request and replies with next steps.
- 3Walk the house, then decideYou leave with your short list. When you are ready, we introduce providers who serve your ZIP; you get written quotes and choose.
Opens our short request form at pureexpertz.com/network/homeowners. A person reads every request.
Homeowners join with the $27 Forum Seat (one time): the member portal, free office hours and the community. Office hours are free on Zoom, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 PM CT (no session Tue Oct 27 or Thu Oct 29; back Tue Nov 3).
Emergencies: if anything is dangerous right now, call 911 or your utility first. For urgent plumbing, electrical and heating calls, we're lining up established local partners.
Pure Expertz introduces and coordinates; independent providers deliver the work, and you hire and pay them directly. Pure Expertz is not a home care or medical provider and does not employ or place caregivers. The walkthrough is education and planning, not a licensed home inspection, a contractor's estimate, or a medical or occupational-therapy assessment. We can't promise that a provider picks up every request, how soon, or how the work turns out; no savings or results are promised. The Block by Block AI Safety and Security Alliance is a free, voluntary framework; it certifies no one.
What members ask about
From grab bars to gutters.
Home safety & changes
Grab bars, railings, ramps, better lighting, a walk-in shower, wider doorways. What a parent needs medically is a decision for them and their doctor or care team; we help with the home and the people who build it.
Everyday home help
Handyman lists, licensed plumbing, electrical and HVAC, roofing, windows, painting, gutters, snow and seasonal work.
Bigger projects
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions: written quotes, with payments in milestone draws as our recommended practice.
Caregiver support
For the adult kids keeping a parent’s house running, often from a distance: organize the to-do list, find non-medical in-home help, and learn the tech that keeps the family in the loop.

Questions homeowners ask
Plain answers.
What does the whole-house walkthrough cover?
Every room from your point of view: equipment, trip hazards, what isn’t safe, and changes for aging in place or a disability, like a safer bathroom. You leave with a short list of what matters most. It is education and planning, not medical or occupational-therapy advice, and not a licensed home inspection.
Who does the work?
Independent local providers in our network. They sign the Provider Pledge and agree to transparent terms. You get a written quote, you decide, and you hire and pay the provider directly. Pure Expertz introduces and coordinates; it is not a party to the job.
How do milestone payments work?
The quote splits the job into stages. You pay a draw as each stage is finished and you have seen it, and the final payment after the work is complete and you have checked it. It is the practice we recommend on every job and ask every provider to accept; the terms are between you and the provider.
What does it cost?
Sending a request doesn’t charge you. When you are ready to join, homeowners start with the $27 Forum Seat (one time), which includes the member portal, free office hours and the community. Each provider quotes their own work, and you pay them directly.
Is a provider check an endorsement?
No. Provider checks are a verification step, not an endorsement. We can’t promise that a provider picks up every request, how soon, or how the work turns out.
I run a trade or home-service business. How do I join?
See Trusted Service Providers: a place in the network by trade and ZIP, a hosted profile page for your first 3 months, and introductions made by a person, not a lead list. $47 a month. No number of jobs is promised.
