- 2Keep employment decisions with people. Use AI to draft and suggest, tell people when AI plays a part, and let a person decide.
- 3Treat hiring and payroll as security controls. Confirm candidates are who they say they are, and call back on a number you already have before anyone changes a payment or direct-deposit detail.
- 4Build one reporting path people trust. A named person reads it the next morning and closes the loop, so the person who reported hears what happened next.
- 5Train the people who notice first, then train trainers. At least two internal trainers per site or department, so the knowledge stays when staff turn over.
