Open Office Hours
For homeowners, renters, seniors & caregivers

Good help, close to home.

A members' network of local service pros you can get to know, people you can ask, and plain-English rooms to learn in. For the home you own or rent, and for the parent whose home you're quietly keeping up.

Why a network, not another list

Lists are everywhere. Trust isn't.

You can find a hundred names for "handyman" in a minute. What's hard is knowing who your neighbors would let into their parent's home, and having someone to ask first. That's what this is.

A databaseNames, stars nobody can check, and you on your own at midnight.
A local networkPeople you can meet, a room to ask in, house rules everyone signs, and steps we show you instead of badges we hand out.

People make the match

Ask in Open Office Hours. A person, not an algorithm, introduces you to providers in the network who serve your ZIP. You decide.

Learn before you hire

Free Open Office Hours three afternoons a week, plus workshops for families and homeowners in plain English.

House rules

Providers sign the Provider Pledge, show us their license and insurance where their work needs it, and follow our privacy rules.

What members ask about

From grab bars to gutters.

Most questions start small: a loose railing, a parent who won't use the upstairs shower anymore, a list of jobs nobody gets to. Whether you own or rent, bring them to the room.

Home safety & changes

Ramps, grab bars, railings, wall-mounted parallel bars, better lighting, a walk-in shower. Meet local pros who install them.

What a parent needs is a decision for them and their doctor or care team. We help with the home and the people who build it.

Everyday home help

Handyman lists, licensed plumbing, electrical and HVAC, window and power washing, junk removal, holiday lights.

Caregiver support

For the adult kids keeping a parent's house running, often from a distance: organize the to-do list, find non-medical in-home help, and learn the tech that keeps the family in the loop.

For seniors and their families

Paperwork & coverage

Meet insurance agents and accountants in the network for the questions homeowners ask. Pure Expertz itself doesn't give insurance, tax or financial advice.

Ask about multi-generational living and the ADU process in your village. Education in the room, not legal or zoning advice. Your village has the final word on permits.

Safety & privacy

House rules for the network.

Draft terms: final terms are shown before you pay.

For homeowners

  • People make the introductions. You make the decisions.
  • Get a written estimate. Be careful about paying large amounts up front.
  • Check licenses and insurance yourself too. Profiles show what we saw and when.
  • Tell us about a problem. A person reads every concern.

For providers

  • A homeowner's contact details are for that job only. Never resold, never added to a list without consent.
  • No pressure tactics. Written estimates.
  • Keep your license and insurance current, and tell us when they change.
  • Medical decisions stay with families and their doctors. Home care agencies in the network list non-medical services only.

Tell us what you need

Tell us where home is.

Your ZIP is how we match you with providers who actually work near you. We use what you share to answer your request and set up your access.

  • We don't sell your information.
  • Providers see your contact details only after you ask for an introduction.
  • Please don't include medical details. We're not a medical service.
  • Renting? Changes to the home usually need your landlord's OK first. We'll help you know what to ask.
  • Questions first? Email support@pureexpertz.com.

Straight answers

Questions people ask.

Are the providers checked?

Providers go through the listing steps described on our providers page: the Provider Pledge, identity and registered-business verification, and a look at the license and insurance their work requires. Each profile shows what we saw and when. That is a screening step, not an endorsement, warranty or guarantee, so please ask for licenses, insurance and a written estimate too.

I rent. Is this for me?

Yes. Renters join the same way and can ask about anything in Open Office Hours. For changes to the home itself, check your lease and get your landlord's OK first. We can help you know what to ask.

Who do I pay for the work?

The provider, directly. Pure Expertz is not a party to the job. Your Forum ticket covers Open Office Hours, where introductions happen, and the community.

My mom needs grab bars. Can you tell me which ones?

We can introduce you to people who install them and answer questions about the house. What a parent needs (equipment, therapy, care) is a decision for them and their doctor or care team. We don't give medical advice.

Do I need the $97 Academy?

Probably not. Caregivers who just want the right help for a parent rarely need more than the $27 Forum ticket, which includes Open Office Hours and the community. The Academy is for people who want every workshop.

Is the $27 a subscription?

No. It is a one-time AI Impact Forum ticket. It includes Open Office Hours and the community. Coming after November: a $9.95/month family membership, with its price and renewal terms shown in full before anyone can join.

What do you do with my information?

We use it to answer your request and set up your access. We don't sell it. Providers get your contact details only after you ask for an introduction. Texts and emails only if you check those boxes.
