Heating & air conditioning
Furnaces, boilers, central air and heat pumps, from a fall tune-up to a full replacement.
Browse the home services our members ask about most, whether you own, rent, or help a parent at home. Pick one, tell us your ZIP, and a person introduces you to providers in the network who serve your area. You talk to them directly and you decide.
How it works here
Homeowners, renters and seniors join with a $27 AI Impact Forum ticket, which includes Open Office Hours and the community. Coming after November: a $9.95/month family membership.
Ask in Open Office Hours, Tuesday through Thursday at 1:00 PM CT on Zoom. A person, not an algorithm, introduces you to providers who serve your ZIP.
Providers join with a $47/month membership and go through identity and registered-business verification. A verification step, not an endorsement.
For seniors and their families
Seniors and their families can bring questions to Open Office Hours: finding a home care agency, connecting with caregivers directly, or setting up their own AI Family Resilience plan at home.
Tuesday through Thursday at 1:00 PM CT. Join from a computer, tablet or phone. Camera off is fine.
Wednesdays, 12:30 to 3:00 PM CT, in person at Papagalino Cafe, 9014 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles. Come by, sit down and ask.
Andy also offers 1:1 consulting. Book a time on Zoom, or dial in by phone.
Every family's living arrangement is its own choice, at home or anywhere else. We help with the home, the people and the technology. Medical decisions stay with you and your doctors.

Renting? Most changes to the home need your landlord's OK first. Bring the question to Office Hours and we'll help you know what to ask.
The first providers are going through identity and registered-business verification. Profiles appear here after they pass, marked "Identity & business verified" with the month. A verification step, not an endorsement.

Dripping faucets, running toilets, water heaters, new fixtures and repiping.

Panel upgrades, new outlets and circuits, lighting, EV chargers and backup generators.
Storm repairs, tear-offs and new roofs, flashing, gutters and attic ventilation.
New siding, replacement windows and entry doors that keep the weather outside.
New cabinets and countertops, or a full remodel planned around how your household really cooks.
Vanities, tile and fixtures, tub-to-shower conversions and complete bathroom remodels.
Finishing, waterproofing and egress windows that turn a basement into living space.
Room to grow without moving: a new room, a second story, or a dormer that opens up the attic.
New decks and porches, rebuilds and repairs, plus railings and steps.
A three- or four-season room, or a screened porch for summer evenings outdoors.
Paver patios, walkways and driveways, retaining walls, planting and yard cleanup.
Interior and exterior painting, with the patching, scraping and priming that helps it last.
The list that never gets done: small repairs, mounting and hanging, caulking, assembly and odd jobs.
Ramps, grab bars, stair lifts and ceiling lifts, and accessible bathrooms, so a home keeps working as needs change.
What a person needs is a decision for them and their doctor or care team. We help with the home and the people who build it.
Non-medical help at home, like companionship, meals, errands and light housekeeping, plus support for the family coordinating it.
Non-medical services only. Medical decisions stay with families and their doctors.
