A great screen, a laptop with a camera and a mic turn your room into a local "Zoom booth" for education and business networking, and the people at your tables join the live conversation.

A laptop with a camera
Joined to our Zoom and pointed at the room or the speaker. The camera can be turned off at any time.
A mic for the audience
So your guests can ask questions and be heard. A good speakerphone works in a small room.
Plus Wi-Fi, a power outlet and chairs. Not sure your setup works? We test it with you on a short call before your first session.

Hub house rules
Draft terms: final terms are shown before you pay.
- Smoke-free during every room. That's Illinois law for indoor public places.
- The camera can be turned off at any time. Guests who'd rather not appear sit outside the shot, and a table sign says the room is live on Zoom.
- We record only with everyone's OK. Illinois requires the consent of all parties.
- No high-pressure selling at the tables. Next steps go out by email.
- Brokerage and insurance hosts: nobody pays or receives anything of value for referrals. If a partner co-sponsors, each sponsor pays only its fair share of the event cost, and every guest is free to choose any provider.
- We use your venue's name, logo and photos only with your written OK.

What does it cost to host?
The venue membership is $47 a month for listings, promotion and programming. How many people will come?
We don't promise numbers. We promote the rooms you host, and we share the real sign-in count after each session.
Who runs the program?
We do: the live program, the Q&A and the Zoom side. You provide the room, a screen, a laptop with a camera and a mic.
Do guests pay us?
At restaurants and cafes, guests order and pay for their own food and drinks as usual. Pure Expertz doesn't sell at your tables.

We're a brokerage or an insurance office. Anything to know?
Yes. Nobody pays or receives anything of value for referrals. If a title, mortgage or other partner co-sponsors, each sponsor pays only its fair share of the event cost, every guest is free to choose any provider, and the cost split goes in writing.
