Draft terms: final terms are shown before you pay.
A profile says what we actually checked and when, in plain words. Nothing more.
- Month 1 · Profile
Join, sign the Provider Pledge, and acknowledge the Alliance framework. We draft your hosted profile together. It stays unlisted while it's in review.
- Month 2 · Verification
Identity and registered-business verification. Where your trade requires a license or insurance, you show it and we record what we saw and the date.
- Listed
Your profile goes live with "Identity & business verified" and the month. A verification step, not an endorsement. If you don't pass, we cancel and refund that month.
- Ongoing
License and insurance dates re-checked each year. Homeowner concerns are read by a person. Providers who break the Pledge come off the list.

Screening. Screening in month two: identity and registered-business verification. A verification step, not an endorsement. Results vary; no clients, referrals or earnings are promised.
Renewal & cancellation. $47 per month. Renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing support@pureexpertz.com. Cancellation stops your next charge. No refunds for partial months. If you don't pass the month-two verification, we cancel your membership and refund that month's charge.
The membership checkout is a secure Square page. Both names use the same checkout.
Add-on: your own website, front end and back end, $297/month. Ask in Office Hours.Optional. The membership is the listing service; you do not need the add-on to be listed.
The Provider Pledge
- I run my business in ways that are legal, ethical and moral.
- I hold the license or registration my work requires, and the insurance a homeowner should expect.
- I am willing to be known, checked and held to my word.
- I give written estimates, and I tell people when a job is outside what I do.
- I protect my clients' privacy. What I see in a home stays there, and a client's contact details are for their job only.

- People make the introductions. You make the decisions.
- Get a written estimate. Be careful about paying large amounts up front.
- Check licenses and insurance yourself too. Profiles show what we saw and when.
- Tell us about a problem. A person reads every concern.
For providers
- A homeowner's contact details are for that job only. Never resold, never added to a list without consent.
- No pressure tactics. Written estimates.
- Keep your license and insurance current, and tell us when they change.
- Medical decisions stay with families and their doctors. Home care agencies in the network list non-medical services only.

Is this pay-per-lead?
No. It is a flat monthly membership. Introductions happen through people in the rooms, and nobody can promise you a number of jobs.
Trusted Service Provider or Total Smart Pro?
The same membership with two names, both $47/month and one checkout. Home-service companies call it Trusted Service Provider. Creators, marketers and influencers call it Total Smart Pro.
When does my profile go public?
After month-two verification, when it shows "Identity & business verified" and the month. Until then it is a hosted draft you can share yourself.
Do you build my website?
Not as part of the membership. The membership is the listing service: your place in the network, a hosted profile page for the first 3 months, introductions through the rooms and the Provider Hour. Add-on: your own website, front end and back end, $297/month. Ask in Office Hours.
What if I only do small jobs and have no license?
Many handyman jobs don't need one. We list the scope you actually do, and we'll tell you if a job type needs a license in your village.
What happens after the 3 hosted months?
Your directory listing continues while you're a member. If you want a full website of your own, ask about the website add-on in Office Hours.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, by emailing support@pureexpertz.com. Cancellation stops your next charge.
